Beeston - Window Repairs and Redecoration

Project Overview

T&D Design and Build Ltd were appointed to carry out essential window repairs and full redecoration works at our Beeston branch. The project aimed to restore the building’s traditional timber windows while enhancing both appearance and longevity.

Scope of Works

To safely access the windows, scaffold was erected along the side elevation. This allowed our team to complete a range of specialist joinery and repair works, including:

• Splice repairs to address areas of decay.
• Cill replacements where damage was beyond repair.
• Re-staining and redecoration to return the timber to its original finish.

These measures ensured the integrity of the windows was preserved, while also improving overall aesthetics and protection against future weathering.

Outcome

The works not only enhanced the visual appeal of the branch but also extended the service life of the original timber frames. By prioritising sensitive repair over replacement, we successfully:
