Project Overview

T&D Design and Build Ltd was appointed to carry out a comprehensive internal flooring replacement project at a property in Birmingham. The objective was to refresh the internal floor surfaces while ensuring durability, safety, and an enhanced visual appeal suitable for a high-traffic environment.

Scope of Works

• Safe Uplift and Disposal:
  Our team began by carefully uplifting and removing all existing flooring across the designated areas. All materials were safely disposed of in accordance with environmental and site regulations.
• Sub-Floor Preparation:
  Once the floor was cleared, we thoroughly prepared the sub-surface. This included the application of a high-quality self-levelling compound to ensure a smooth, even base ready for new installation.
• New Flooring Installation:
  A combination of modern flooring materials was supplied and expertly installed:
  • Heavy-duty Vinyl Flooring for easy maintenance and resilience.
  • Durable Carpet Tiles to provide comfort and acoustic benefits.
  • Primary & Secondary Entrance Matting to enhance dirt control and prolong the life of interior surfaces.
